A new turbocharger system has been developed for high-end horsepower "Power Strokes." A 25-40% increase in air flow potential makes this package a must for 300-400+ horsepower applications. Exhaust temperatures are reduced and fuel mileage is improved when compared to the factory turbocharger system. Includes all turbocharger inlet and exhaust piping for a "Factory Look."

The valve body firms up shifts in transmissions with poor shift quality without increasing line pressure and fluid temperature.

The factory intercooler system is adequate to 300 horsepower. After this power level, the cooler and piping are marginal. We have developed a unique and more efficient intercooler for power levels in excess of 300 horsepower. The intercooler utilizes a taper sided core to maximize flow capacity within the confines of the vehicle. The taper sided intercooler has 20% more frontal area with 30% greater flow capacity than the Ford factory cooler. These features result in increased engine air flow with lower exhaust temperatures. The system uses mandrel bent, steel intercooler piping and stronger hoses to eliminate Ford factory piping and hose failures.

An injection nozzle modification is available that increases fuel delivery at wide open throttle operation. The modification does not alter the fuel injection characteristics at part throttle positions, so the fuel economy and emissions are not affected. The customer's injection nozzles are completely disassembled and cleaned. After the modifications are completed, each injection nozzle is flow tested and calibrated to ensure proper operation.
